Coaching & Mentoring Practice gives leaders, HR professionals, and talent development specialists the frameworks and tools to develop others systematically—and prove it with data. You'll implement the GROW coaching framework, building roadmaps in Microsoft Planner, conducting structured 1-on-1s, and measuring impact using Viva Insights. You'll design and launch a peer-mentoring network using 15Five Strengths data for automated matching and SharePoint for guidance materials. You'll adapt your coaching stance to employee readiness using CLEAR and Situational Coaching decision matrices. And you'll close the loop with people analytics—combining Viva, HRIS, and 15Five data to build Power BI dashboards that show correlations between coaching investment and performance outcomes, including regression analysis to identify which coaching variables drive the most engagement improvement. Every skill is grounded in realistic scenarios and Microsoft tools. A portfolio project brings your work together into a coaching and engagement strategy you can present to leadership.
