Software Development and Quality builds an end-to-end understanding of how high-quality software is delivered, validated, and sustained in real client environments. By the end of this course, you’ll be able to manage QA and testing activities, coordinate system test cycles like UAT (including scenario design, defect management, and sign-off), contribute to technical design with quality in mind, and maintain and enhance existing solutions safely. You’ll also learn how to evaluate the success of changes after deployment through post-implementation reviews (PIRs), ensuring improvements are measurable, controlled, and aligned to requirements. What makes this course unique is its multi-author, lifecycle-spanning perspective—bringing together Packt, IBM, University of Leeds, University of Minnesota, and Learn Quest.
