Курс от CourseraThis Short Course was created to help Legal professionals draft, adapt, and evaluate AI Use Disclosures that are clear, compliant, and stakeholder-ready. By completing this course, you'll be able to produce disclosure documents you can deploy at work the very next day; naming AI systems, specifying data inputs, documenting human oversight, and linking to opt-out mechanisms. By the end of this course, you will be able to: - Draft a customer-facing AI Use Disclosure that lists each AI system, its data inputs, human oversight steps, and opt-out instructions - Adapt the customer disclosure into an employee-facing variant that emphasizes internal monitoring, performance evaluation, and grievance channels - Evaluate the three disclosure variants for completeness using the template checklist to ensure model description clarity and data-retention statements This course is unique because it takes you from a single customer-facing document through a structured adaptation process to produce three audit-ready variants, all evaluated against a professional disclosure checklist grounded in the EU AI Act, GDPR, and US state privacy law. To be successful in this course, you should have a background in legal drafting or compliance work at a mid-level (CB2) professional standard.
