They also audit user activity, review logs, identify inactive accounts, and take action to maintain compliance and recover unused licenses. Through videos, readings, hands-on activities, Coach-guided reflection, and a graded task, learners practice real administrative workflows such as user onboarding, permission management, activity auditing, and license optimization.
