О курсе

Mastering TQM: Apply, Evaluate & Improve Quality Systems equips learners with the knowledge and practical understanding needed to implement Total Quality Management (TQM) principles across manufacturing and service organizations. Throughout the course, you will explore core quality concepts, analyze the cost of quality, and evaluate the contributions of quality pioneers including Deming, Juran, and Crosby. You will also apply frameworks such as Taguchi's Loss Function, the PDCA cycle, quality councils, and customer-focused quality strategies to support continuous improvement. Designed for professionals, managers, and students interested in quality management, this course combines foundational theory with practical applications that can be applied to real organizational challenges. You will learn how to assess quality costs, reduce variation, strengthen leadership in TQM, design quality councils, improve customer satisfaction, encourage employee involvement, and build effective supplier partnerships. The course also introduces statistical process control concepts and examines the Toyota approach to quality management. By the end of the course, you will be able to evaluate quality management philosophies, implement customer-focused TQM practices, improve organizational processes, and contribute to sustainable quality excellence through structured, continuous improvement initiatives.
