This course is primarily aimed at people working in a business setting that want to gain insights into what motivates people . The course will enable you to determine ways to effectively motivate through the use of conversational techniques so that you can tap into motivational triggers. Using this knowledge, you will be able to enable people to use their talents and fulfil their potential. You will also learn about your own motivation and motivational triggers and the influence these have on you and your leadership style. Whatever your reasons for wanting to find out more about motivation, in this course you can explore basic skills and strategies to encourage and maintain motivation and develop your emotional intelligence. This course will provide you with the knowledge, skills and confidence to determine what motivates other people by exploring their motivational triggers. Using this knowledge, you will be able to more effectively influence and persuade them in ways that will develop your relationship and improve their performance. The application of these principles through conversational techniques based on NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) will enable you to understand and influence the behaviour and motivation of others. It provides an overview of the neurological basis of motivation, the power of language and communication, and how to use conversations to identify and leverage the motivational triggers of others. By taking the course, you will gain an understanding of how to use active questioning and listening to motivate others in various contexts.
