This course provides a comprehensive understanding of transmission line route surveying, Right-of-Way (RoW) planning, tower manufacturing, and overhead insulator design for HV systems. It covers conventional and modern surveying methods such as GPS, LiDAR, and drone-based techniques, along with fabrication, galvanization, and quality assurance in tower manufacturing.
