By the end of this course, you will (1) apply somatic awareness and body-based dialogue in therapy and (2) use movement and sensation to guide clients toward regulation and connection. This course introduces the foundations of somatic practice—teaching how to listen to and interpret the body’s nonverbal signals. Through live demonstrations, guided exercises, and reflection assignments, you’ll learn techniques to enhance client awareness, reduce stress, and build emotional resilience. The course highlights practical methods that integrate with manual therapy, coaching, and movement disciplines.
