О курсе

This course introduces the technical and operational components of people analytics. You'll learn how HRIS systems store workforce data, how to retrieve and prepare datasets, and how to manage analytics initiatives. You'll explore how employee lifecycle data is captured in HR systems and practice generating workforce reports. The course then covers retrieving data from common formats such as CSV files and preparing it for analysis. You'll also learn project planning concepts including milestones, dependencies, and risk management. Through guided exercises, you'll create a simple project plan for delivering an analytics dashboard. The course concludes with a hands-on project focused on building an end-to-end analytics data pipeline. Designed for HR and business professionals involved in analytics initiatives, this course strengthens your ability to manage the technical side of people analytics.
